After ten minutes and two ballots the district court acquitted Isak Hakla of dynamiting Ash. The defense rested earlier, witnesses claimed no dynamite at camp, while a prosecution witness testified to blasts and identifying the three men. Juries were impaneled for John Maki and Dire Mackala as court adjourned.
