Young Rearrested on Forgery Charge
Phil Young, returned from British Columbia, was rearrested on forgery charges after authorities say he passed an $8 check. He claims another man, Jones, used the name on the check and was waiting to prove his innocence. A warrant issued by Justice Grice led to the arrest. Young owns a Deer Lodge area home and forge details center on a Larahie handion deer Lodge account.
