Broadway bill features unusual male comedy tartet act
The Broadway theater opens with a distinctive vaudeville lineup led by a male comedy tartet whose act blends song with a riotous mock vocal lesson. Mantell’s Le Petit Cabaret stars in a novelty marked by witty stage presentation and lively musical numbers. Local acts include Linde Dale and Dixie Delene, and W. C. Cornfield performs war era entertainment pieces. The program also features O'Brien Sisters and Mach with saxophones and dance, plus a photo feature West's Highroad starring Leatrice Joy. Sorority women top Colorado Agricultural College academics in recent statistics, while Italians battle rebels in Bengali North Africa with heavy losses.
