Webbe Found Guilty of First Degree Murder

Lorenz Killed by Automobile on Rocker Road
Joseph J. Lorenz aged 58 of 1008 Delaware avenue was killed last evening at about 8 o'clock when struck by a car near Rocker while working over his own engine. Driver Marco Rafalovich of Anaconda’s Wright Taxicab company said he did not see Lorenz in time and the impact left Lorenz beneath the rear wheel. Lorenz died almost immediately. Buckley, acting coroner, ordered the body sent to Walsh’s in Butte. the accident was reported to have occurred about 200 yards east of Rocker landing the car in which Mrs. Keller, Lorenz’s sister-in-law, had been riding earlier deteriorating after an engine mishap.
