Liberty Memorial Dedication Draws Nation to Kansas City
President Coolidge and Mrs Coolidge will attend the dedication of the Liberty Memorial in Kansas City on a special train. Delegations of patriots from across the country will visit the tomb of Americas Unknown Hero at Arlington and join a 10:30 a.m. program after a parade through decorated streets. More than 87,000 people helped fund the memorial with contributions exceeding 2 million dollars. A 21 gun salute from the Missouri National Guard will greet the presidential party as they arrive at Union Station and proceed to the Muelbach Hotel before the ceremony.

Edward J Harrington, longtime Silver Bow county assessor and Butte native, died at St James hospital after a two day pneumonia illness. A World War I veteran, he served in the 321st Infantry in the Argonne where shrapnel shattered his left arm. Born 1895 in Eureka Utah, he was 41 and had recently been reelected to his county post.

Leader in Revolt Plot Admits Guilt in U.S. Case
Los Angeles reported that C. Parker Ban Dieno a hardware dealer among 14 indicted in a Mexico revolt plot led by Enriquel Heatrada pleaded guilty in U.S. court to conspiracy to violate neutrality laws. Parker allegedly supplied machine guns ammunition and rifles seized when Heatrada and his army were arrested near the Mexican border. He was allowed to remain on bail of 10000 dollars and will appear for sentencing January 4.

Mining veteran struck by car near Rocker in Butte area
