In Monterey County executor 7 S. K. Brown files the will of James A. Murray. The report notes a twenty four hour stay and proceedings in CALIFORNIA with references to Butte and ALIAHNETS.
Rufus Thayer of Monterey says the probate of J A Murray will hinge on whether he was a California or Montana resident. Executor W S Brown of Monterey seeks to prove his Montana ties, while Marcus M Murray petitions in Silver Bow seeking administration. Courts in both states must rule on residence before determining will validity and estate distribution to Mrs Murray and stepson Stuart Haldorn.
Associated Press reports Helena May 30 that Secretary of State C. T. Stewart issued 40 permits to physicians statewide authorizing them to prescribe liquor for sick patients under the Volstead act and state law. The price cited for whiskey is $2.50 per pint.
BELFAST May 30 The Ulster parliament result shows forty unionists and eight Sinn Fein and nationalist members. The council has granted Sir James Craig permission to use City Hall for the preliminary meeting of the new assembly opening June 2. O Connell killed in Queenstown.
Dublin reports Constable William Mitchell, court martialed over a February charge against Magistrate Dixon, has been sentenced to death for the murder of Police Sergeant Fiapt Wallace in Knocktong in May. Names Foley and Geath connected to the crime, with Shee wailiane referenced in the coverage.
AP report from Mexico City on May 30 says negotiations between President Obregon and George Summerlin, the American charge d affaires, have advanced to a point where recognition of the Mexican government by the United States appears likely soon. The memorandum may be signed by Obregon with mere personal signature, a non treaty guarantee ensuring safety for American lives and property, without compromising Mexican honor.

Capt W Cocker senior member, Lieut PC Wilkins and Lieut Leroy Wolfe also serve. The wreckage was burned after examination and no part of the plane could be salvaged. Watches of six victims appeared to stop at 6 20 pm aiding crash time estimation.
