In Butte yesterday afternoon James hospital treated Gladys Alston Bray ten days after she was shot by her ex husband Martin Bray on West 1st Street. Bray, who shot and killed his wife’s escort KS, is jailed and recovering from a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Their four children, two adults and two younger, were at the bedside during her long struggle for life. The body was sent to Richards undertaking rooms with funeral arrangements to be announced. Bray remains weak, listless, and cared for by physicians while in jail.
