Washington May 3 Farm loan bank officials meeting today warned that growth of the agricultural industry is being slowed by the system’s inability to make further advances to farmers. With a court rehearing pending on the act's constitutionality thousands of farmers are dropping plans for crop expansion. Officials opposed new farm loan bond offerings in the market, fearing a cloud over bonds while the act remains in court.
