Harney Rules On Minnie Healey Case Denies New Trial
Judge BE Harney denied the plaintiff a rehearing in the Minnie Healey case and struck from the files all affidavits alleging judge misconduct. The order bars exceptions and removes the affidavits as irrelevant and scandalous, with the motion for a new trial overruled. The ruling prompts potential Supreme Court involvement and continued appeals by Heinze and Finlen attorneys.
