The ad describes back and hip pain, headaches, nervousness, frequent urination, and bloodshot eyes, urging readers not to delay treatment and noting a price of $1.00 with consumer testimonial from Alice Trobough of Omaha Nebraska.
An ad style fragment touts Marmola Prescription Tablets claiming safety and benefits after meals, promising relief and comfort with claims of 100 percent effect. It mentions price around $58 and various generic wellness appeals in a dated promotional tone.
In Butte police court Ethel Lane was dismissed on a disturbance charge related to an incident with Patrolman Bernard King and Dorothy Lamont near West Porphyry and Main streets. The judge found no clear disturbance and fault lay with the officer for arresting only Lane, noting she remained on her own property and offered no conclusive evidence of unlawful conduct.
