Leave to file an amended complaint granted in Judge Jackson’s court as T. J. Murray sues the Noyes estate for 888,900 plus costs for services rendered and expenses in administering the estate. The suit alleges a 1902 death of John Noyes and formation of a Noyes estate corporation with 500,000 capital stock and claims Murray’s $75,000 requested compensation. Other cases include divorce actions, alimony, and attorney fees with decrees signed.

Leonard G. Roland knew Maude Packard on Manchester Green Connecticut since childhood. Roland tied, married and went to World War I.
