Peter Graf of Germany, son of Jacob Graf who died in Butte May 29 1901, contests probate in district court claiming fraud and undue influence by Mrs Ellis and her husband who received the estate valued around 25660. The court orders Mrs Ellis to post a 20000 bond and to show cause July 7 why probate should not be revoked.
