The suit alleged Cruelty and sought 3000 a month alimony 150 000 for expenses and 10000 counsel fees The plaintiff said Fisher is in the millionaire class and spends about 100000 a year.
Butte's carnival will cover about six blocks from Main to Montana avenues, spanning Mercury and Bilver streets and Dakota and Colorado streets, leading into Butte's Gladway. Over 30 locals have concessions. Bernards company supplies six rides and 15 shows with 176 people, and 100 special deputy sheriffs will assist police to keep order and ward off fireworks and firearms on carnival grounds.
