Little Damage to Railway Lines in Tuesday Storms
Butte street railway officials report comparatively little damage from Tuesday afternoon storms. A washout on Hancock avenue four miles out was repaired yesterday. One car was struck by lightning causing 250 dollars in damages near Walkerville Mine at Excelsior and Hornet. All lines faced at least an hour delay due to sand and rocks on tracks. Gardens suffered debris and cars were not operated for two hours. Farm loans declined in May as of Washington reporting.
