J J Collins of Deer Lodge announces Democratic bid for county assessor in the August 28 1914 primary. The statement calls for Democratic voters to support him at the primary, with endorsements and affiliations noted.
Funeral services for Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Ralston and C. H. Strowbridge, drowned when their auto went into Deep Creek near Ralston, were set for Sunday at the Presbyterian church in Butte. Elks of Anaconda and Butte to conduct services. bodies moved from Ralston to Anaconda Saturday. Ralston, 68, and his wife 58, Strowbridge 48, with Hugh McLeod, 12, of Butte, were in the car.
