Burglars Enter The Hefferlin Store In Livingston

Berlin reports the socialists win a large victory at the expense of radicals in yesterday's elections. Inquest Sheds Light on Local Death at 400 Went Main Street

At 400 Went Main Street a death was attributed to natural causes after an inquest led by Coroner A F Yaeger. Eight witnesses testified and the conclusion declared the death natural, with the Fuse of death not exactly known.

Doctors Adjourn for Montana Medical Association Meeting

Helena June 11 The Montana Medical Association opened its fourth annual session at 2 pm in the Helena Business Men's rooms. About 60 members answered roll call as officers and new members were announced including E I Bradley and Louis H Fligman. A constitutional revision to meet American Medical Association standards was discussed. An excursion to Broadwater and a social at Central Park followed that evening with a candlelight meal.

Supreme Court hears case over mining deal in Jefferson County

In a special dispatch the Supreme Court heard W. J. Clark versus American Developing and Mining Company. Clark claims the firm promised mining properties in Jefferson County for 500000 with installments of 80000 and 35000. He paid 165000 before the contract was abandoned and seeks repayment plus interest. The appeal was denied for nonconforming brief.

President Roosevelt issued a proclamation consolidating the Lewis and Clark and Firsthead forest reserves into a single Lewis and Clark reserve, the largest in the United States. Kalispell Receives Fire Apparatus and Hose Wagon

Kalispell today received a chemical fire engine and hose wagon with two chemical tanks, 350 feet of hose, two ladders, no hand extinguishers, and capacity for 1.4 fret of boass for hydrants.
