Italian Aviator Arrives at Rome After 25 000 Mile Flight
Commander Francesco de Pinedo returned to Ostia from a six and a half hour Barcelona leg of his 25 000 mile journey. Mussolini welcomed him amid cheering crowds of about 30 000 as Cardinal Vannutelli and cabinet officials looked on. De Pinedo, with Captain Carlo Del Prete and Titale Zacchetti, went ashore and were urged by Mussolini to proceed by car to Rome for an ovation. The pope is expected to decorate him.

Roofing Fire Destroys King Block Roof No Major Damage

Oil leaves proposals filed southwest of Conrad

Ed Edwards performed Bert Williams impersonations during the program. A wood shed fire at 2122 Princeton avenue prompted a fire department run, attributed to hot ashes.
