MISSOULA Mont June 14 The state supreme court reversed a lower court decision and remanded to the Lewin and Gare district court the case involving a taxpayer challenge to pay a claim by the last term’s governor. The court ruled the state board of examiners cannot be enjoined from paying up to 7800 for Belts claim, and the action does not constitute a donation.
