Thompson Falls June 14 The fate of Henry Robinson vice president of the Butte Mine Workers union charged with the murder of Tom Munro a mine guard and deputy will rest with 12 jurors after days of testimony and impeaching evidence. Prosecution and defense attorneys presented arguments with Wilhelm the principal witness for the state testifying to a threat by Robinson and to the gun's securing before the shooting. Helena June 14 The supreme court reversed the district court ruling in Silver Bow county in the suit of William Scott against the Butte Alex Scott Copper company for 5000 damages over injuries from a powder explosion.
