New Orleans, June 4. Honduran groups urge Congress not to ratify the proposed $10,000 loan from J. P. Morgan to Honduras. Dr. Palicarp Bonilla, former Honduran president, accuses the loan of exploiting Honduras and vows resistance unless compelled by force. Bonilla heads to Washington to advocate against the measure.
