Remains of Noted Butte Miner John J Tighe Laid to Rest
The remains of John J. Tighe, a veteran Butte miner, were laid to rest Thursday following a funeral at his East Galena residence. Rev Dr Groeneveld officiated with Presbyterian service. Tributes praised his long service at No 8 Mine for Butte & Boston and later Farrell Copper. He leaves a widow and two sons.
