Holmquist Acknowledges Dismissals in Murder Case
Axel Holmquist through his attorneys Dan Malloy and Harlow Pease filed a motion to dismiss two murder charges. The case concerns the deaths of his wife Anna and his child, with earlier trial verdicts citing mental irresponsibility and subsequent removal to a county hospital. Depositions from Alaska suggest long-standing marital strain and allegations of mania, while Alaska Attorney General John Hustgard says Holmquist is not responsible for his actions.
