Beatings Allegation Mark Morrissey Deposition Session
The Morrissey case deposition of Dania Bedanovich was taken in Judge Lynch's court with no violence. She testified Morrissey abused his wife Katherine Morrissey on their back porch four or five times the week she died and once on a kitchen floor. Attorneys clashed over the testimony while Bedanovich moved away after Morrissey threatened to identify her with another man.

An opinion by Deputy County Attorney McDaniels finds the county liable for all travel expenses of the county assessor and deputies exceeding 50 dollars monthly in March through June. The board of county commissioners reviewed a 69 dollar bill from Tacoma. June 11. McFarland Roller Coaster Suit Dismissed for Day
During jury selection Judge Lamb's court halted the case of W. B. McFarland against Phoenia Amusement and others over a roller coaster accident on May 31 1916. McFarland sought 11000 in damages after a collision threw him from a ride injuring his knee and hip. Settlement details were not disclosed and defendants had not been informed of any agreement.
