Butte Rotary urged to stop apologizing and boast
Rev J Chapman urged Rotary Club members to stop apologizing for Butte and take an imagination driven message to Salt Lake for the international convention. He said Butte has moved beyond vaudeville and should spotlight its war service, industry, and totals of community contributions while avoiding false impressions about the city. The talk emphasized facts over apologies and encouraged a strong, fact based promotional effort for Salt Lake.
