Knockout Drops Alleged at Casino Theater in Butte Case
Complaint sworn in Judge Nelson's court charges J W Kenney proprietor of the Casino theater with selling beer and intoxicants in boxes and booths during performances. Robert Aikins of Black Diamond Idaho alleges he was drugged and robbed of $249 after visiting the theater, with the case set for next Wednesday. Other matters include a mislaid pocketbook theft and various court actions over razors neckwear and a stabbing at local venues.
