Stewart Draws Overseas Service Notice
ACK STEWART will go into overseas service as the draft exemption board rejected his claim. He came to the United States from Ireland 12 years ago and has worked in Montana most of the time. He is connected with industrial projects and has an executive reputation that the board cites with regret. Stewart arrived in Helena after working for the Copper Company and the Montana Power Company. He has a brother who fought in the Titan artillery since 1914, and participated in major engagements before and during the war. The accident surrounding a machine crash near a treen structure is described as caused by steering faults. Court today discusses Parley Dansie versus the Oregon Shore Dine railroad in Civil Unit A. A number of witnesses from the southern end of the county attend Iris, as Chapman heads south to Water applications and reservoir concerns. The park-to-bar improvement, with people arriving from the southern state via Halt Lake, aims to exceed last year’s fair. The trial of Ephrim Stoller for the killing of Chris Scholmultl in this city last month will be held on the 5th unless delayed by cases before the district court. Stoller is liberty on bond.
