Women’s Club Summer Meeting Adopts Scholarships and Monument
The State Federation of Women’s Clubs decided to fund another scholarship for a Miles City applicant, chose Miss Mary Danielson from Miles to award it, and approved erecting a monument to Sacajawea. Morning talks featured Miss Stewart on women’s future, Mrs. Harvey Colt on women’s vocations, and Miss Jeannette Rankin’s address on women’s responsibility in Montana. Tomorrow concludes the three day meeting with officers to be elected.
