Highland Camp Costs Rise for Troops Relocation Plan
Mr Dayton urged moving troops from Highlands to an inland site to save on yearly costs. He estimated current camp expenses at 1200 to 2600 dollars per year due to poor facilities and hard access. The proposed site would reduce spending versus continuing at Highlands or Bowpe, with onion ranch purchase funded by savings from cheaper operations.
