Montana Wool Clip Falls Short of Last Year
Montana wool buyers report the state clip under 18 to 20 cents a pound with about five million pounds still to be sold. Shearing has barely begun and most of the remaining wool is expected to move in the next two to three weeks. Buyers project the total price to reflect a weak season compared with last year, with significant activity in the northern Helena region and Chinook country.

The Precious Twins and The War Bonnet at Grand
The program at the Grand featured The Precious Twins a slapstick farce with little plot and The War Bonnet an Indian tale told by an elder chief. Bunny Buys a Harem and At Last We Are Alone drew laughs and the audience noted the lack of strong drama with only The War Bonnet offering a solid plot line. The single reel Caroline offered a comedy about a young woman meddling in others affairs and was shown alongside repeat showings of the listed features.
