Development in vein dispute ends with restraining order
Judge Lynch modified the restraining order in the Anaconda versus Pilot-Butte case. He allowed the plaintiff to proceed with preparation work on the 2,200 level of the vein in Lapute and to raise the level to 2,200, while disputes over where the work should occur and how to handle ore storage continue. The ruling may settle whether the Gow vein is a continuation of the Emily vein and set terms for cross-cut work on the 2,200 level.
