BOULDER July 25 On advices of physicians attending Martin Grace a juror In the case Judge L H Bennett at the opening of court this morning continued the trial of Walsh accused slayer of Al Ji until tomorrow morning at 9 30 The trial was halted yesterday when Mr Jensen was suddenly ill in the jury box Due to his illness Judge Bennett ordered a recess for the remainder of the day It was expected Mr Jensen would be recovered to resume trial by this morning He reached the jury box with aid after staying under a physician s care overnight The court instructed the attorneys to proceed with the case as soon as possible.

Prohibition agents report checks totaling 175 dollars bearing his signature were taken from suspects and one man claimed to have sold him gin and whisky.
