Albert L. Holter of Silver Star, son of A M Holter of Helena, died Sunday morning at 47. The funeral will be held tomorrow in Helena where he was born and lived before moving eight years ago to Silver Star to run a large scale ranching operation. Eva Catherine Kaber will begin her defense in Cleveland on June 11 as the state closes its case alleging she planned her husband Daniel F. Kaber Lakewood publisher's murder. Former constable shot to death by his friend

John McRae a former deputy constable of South Butte was killed by his friend Frank Miller in room 34 of the Washington hotel at 5 am after a quarrel over a pistol. Miller is in jail awaiting a murder hearing. Dan McRae and John Cechill were present.
