A petition for letters of administration for the estate of Julia Harrington was heard, with the value listed at 4,000 dollars. A separate estate item notes Emma K. Peller’s administration petition valued at 2,000 dollars. In a separate incident, Ed Rangers was arrested for second assault after deputies said he was involved in a shooting incident targeting Chai Kauhausen.
