Albany February 10 The governor commuted the sentence of William F Miller of Brooklyn convicted of grand larceny in the Franklin syndicate. He will be released Monday after a 10 year term set April 3 1900. The decision followed a district attorney Jerome recommendation. It was alleged Miller obtained over 1 900 000 from credulous individuals nationwide.
