Rotary Report Sparks Written Reports Rule Change
Rotary club members voted to require written committee reports after a dispute over what part was the committee’s and what was personal opinion. The expunged report, a heated exchange with E A Morley and W McC White, prompted the action. Several appointments followed, including A J Hellbronner noting the draw and changes to committees.

Burglary Charges Filed Against Orr Combs
Deputy County Attorney J. P. Murphy filed a complaint charging Orr Combs with burglary after his arrest on a similar charge last November. The prior case was dismissed when the witness failed to press charges, and Combs remains in the county jail pending the new action. A separate complaint signed by Mrs. Marry Julian accuses Harry Harrison of malicious mischief for breaking windows and glassware on a Christmas tree.
