New Depot Scheme Considered by City Council

City Engineer Gow proposes a boulevards plan to connect Wyoming street to the Great Northern depot at Arizona street, preserving Arizona street open. The street and alley committee approved advancing the plan to the full council as part of 1915 preparations, with Mayor Duncan to obtain more data. A second proposal favors paving Wyoming street from Mercury to Front with durable pavement, subject to owner consent.
