Special Dispatch reports Nobert Pogreba a 55 year old section foreman died after being struck by an eastbound passenger train near Sappington. Mrs Mary Strasser obtained a temporary injunction against Antone Strasser to stop threats to kill her and to protect her home at 20 Clark Street. The order bars him from selling or encumbering $4200 in property and from molesting her as the divorce case proceeds. She seeks $50 monthly alimony, $50 court costs, and $200 attorney fee. She alleges cruel treatment, choking and beating for two years and over a year of no support since their marriage at Butte on June 18 1905.
