Butte Plans Thirteen Annual Poultry Show Circuit
Butte's thirteenth annual poultry show joins a three-city winter circuit starting with the Western Royal show in Spokane January 11 to 16, then Montana State show at Conrad January 18 to 23, ending with the Butte show under Montana Poultry Association auspices. Mrs. Margaret Kain, longtime poultry show organizer and secretary of the Montana State Poultry and Pet Stock association, leads entry work and care for Montana birds across the circuit, arranging housing and transportation via a special heated car from Spokane through Conrad to Butte. Special premiums are offered at Spokane for Montana feeders, with Kain providing premium lists for all three shows.
