About 15 applicants have shown interest with aim to enroll about 20 students. sessions run Monday afternoons for day workers and evenings at 7 30. Textbook on American government and citizen history will guide instruction.
John Doe Seitz was fined $50 in police court for assault on Harry Ferguson. Testimony said the attack followed Seitz's jealousy after his divorce from Mrs Seitz. Mrs Seitz claimed brass knuckles. Seitz claimed kid gloves. The judge warned him to avoid meddling in his ex wife’s affairs.

W P Ortego a Mexican man fined 100 for carrying a loaded automatic revolver has an appeal bond set at 700 with P J Brophy and BE M Kehadd as sureties. Dan Malloy represents Ortego, who says he came to the country at age 12. Also appears a fictitious advertisement for Foley products.
