Patrick Holland Buried In Butte Community Funeral

Hundreds followed the body of Patrick Holland to its burial in the city of the dead yesterday morn. The funeral was at the home on High Ore terrace and the body taken to St Mary's for requiem mass. Born in Ireland forty seven years ago, he came to the United States at age ten. He traveled through Wisconsin and Minnesota before settling in Butte, where he was regarded as a longtime resident for twenty five years. He leaves a wife and five children.

Report From The Capital On Butte Labor Turmoil

From Helena yesterday Judge Wils H Hunt ordered several labor workers to court to answer for contempt of the federal injunction against interfering with Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Co employees. The injunction, issued over two months ago, stood strong. Two Anaconda men were later convicted of violations and imprisoned three and four months. In Butte disturbances during the Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Company dispute included striking workers at Idaho Street and Broadway and workers from Salt Lake being walked out of town. The case was supported by attorney S H McIntyre. Deputy U S Marshal J G Sanders reported progress.

West Granite Street barber shop suffered thefts of combs and clippers. Band of thieves entered between 4 and 11 p.m. Sunday, with patrons nearby.
