South side planners announce a large Christmas tree event on December 26 with a musical program and provisions for amusement. A canvass lists names and ages of local children from 2 to 10, each to receive a holiday package from Santa of the society.
An assortment of classified style lines advertise Buick vehicles with Christmas emphasis and urge Buick orders for Christmas delivery. The text also notes a funeral service for John Ternouth in Walkerville with invitation to visiting members and a secretary signing WILLIAM HOR E.
Aleck Pinovich swore five men robbed him of 885 dollars after visiting the boarding house at 11 Dugan Street. He identified Rodd Stanich as among the robbers as they walked up Anaconda Road. four other men were not named. Stanich was arrested by Patrolman Reagan and Deputy Sullivan. Pinovich could not locate the other four alleged accomplices.
