Butte Poultry Show Draws Crowds And Honors

Enthusiasts packed Butter arena for another day of the Butte poultry and canine exhibition. Judge Dr Clayton presided over a long slate of classes with winners announced for Open and Novice divisions in dogs and bitches. Banquet honors followed as Dr George T Clayton and club members spoke about Butte and the exhibitions. Awards listed include Miss Dudiey, Ready II, Kris Jtyingié and many others with awards yet to be finalized.

New York December 20 H Oliphant a prominent broker was shot three times in his private office at 40 Broad Street by customer A Ceiger who then killed himself Geiger an ex British army surgeon recently returned from Hot Springs was believed insane Oliphant said he owed no money and could pay only what he could.

Auditor of Walsh Roads Explains the Accounts

Chicago, War. CO A P Williama, auditor of the Walsh railroads, was cross examined by the attorney for Jon J Walsh at the latter's trial today. Witness stated that the railway accounts were correctly kept and that Walsh had given him no instructions. We testified that the surplus net warnings of the Southern Indiana railroad for 1901 1905 disclosed to 1 006 188 Ter 18 105 there were outstanding 7 628 000 of free marriages for which 6 415 200 had been received and 2 044 000 at bond certificates for which there had been received 1 515 10 a total of 5 598 000 of outstanding securities for which 6 230 200 had been received.
