Divorce Decree Granted in Missoula Court
Judge Webster presided in Missoula district court as Louie Miller was granted a divorce from his wife after she deserted him in 1896. Separate rulings followed in other cases including Charles Williams vs Otto Quast over water rights and land, with Williams awarded spring and ditch access while prohibiting pipelines. Quast retains land. The Union Hall Co won a lease continuation for the opera house, and Masuke denied. Court adjourned to February term.
