Two Convicted In Liquor Nuisance Case At Anaconda
Bert Williams and L Thribodeau were found guilty by a district court jury of maintaining a nuisance and each faces a 30 day jail term and a $100 fine. Joe Matelich’s case was dismissed. Ed Kelly was acquitted of disturbing the peace. Judge George B Winston will pronounce sentence tomorrow morning. Jury members and courtroom details are listed.
