Postponed death sentence for Assad Juhray in murder case
Formal pronouncement of the death penalty for Assad Juhray, found guilty last week of Hugh Gibson’s murder, was postponed to Monday December 27. Judge Lynch granted time extension at attorney Canning’s request as the trial transcripts cannot be completed for at least 10 days.
