Hamilton May Get Off
Minneapolis report suggests Frank Hamilton may avoid indictment or trial. Mrs Day, mother of Leonard Day, opposes a public trial to avoid scandal and possible exposure of many high social figures. The piece recounts Day’s romance with the lumberman, the will disinheriting his first wife’s children, and the couple’s later life abroad.
