Heinze makes 100000 deposit to aid Aetna depositors
Augustus Heinze former director of the Aetna Banking and Trust Company sends a check for 100000 to the receiver for the benefit of depositors. He states no legal liability rests on him since relinquishing all interest in 1904 and adds he hopes to recover assets for creditors. The receiver acknowledges receipt and notes the letter also signals further cooperation.
