Slazation Mexico Aug 71 Twenty Mexican laborers were killed and a number injured by a premature explosion of dynamite at the port works at Manguinillo. The explosion is reported from carelessness by the laborers. Col. Edgar K. Smoot, contractor in charge, has indemnified the families of those killed.
