No Jury Very Soon for Criminal Trials in Butte

Informants filed against H S Evans former bookkeeper of Boston and Montana Co for forgery, arraigned and given next Friday to plead. Judge Donlan said no jury trial for the state case until early October. Also listed are burglary charges against Frank Germund and grand larceny charges against Danns Sells, a Mexican sheep herder. Several defendants remain jailed awaiting trial and access to counsel.
