Sterling exchange steady at 483.10 for 60 day bills and 486.45 for demand. Government bonds steady, railroad bonds easy. Bar silver 59 cents, Mexican dollars 46 cents.
Copper trading remained dull with standard spot and futures quoted around 15.87 to 16.16 cents in New York for electrolytic copper and 15.62 to 15.75 cents for casting copper. London market shows quiet activity with spot copper at £68 per ton and uncertain futures quotes.
